To stimulate reflection on the protégé’s career plans and act as
a focus for discussions on these plans with their mentor. |

Steps |
Protégés use the questions on the worksheet to
reflect on their career goals. Protégés record their reflections

Purpose |

Steps |
This activity can be conducted as a self-reflective activity by
mentors or protégés, by mentoring pairs during the course of
their relationship, or can be used as part of the training

Personal Task Audit |

Purpose |
To provide a framework with which protégés can compare job or
personal goals and the time allocated to achieving these in any
given week. This activity can be completed during the mid-cycle
training program, or by protégés at any stage during the
relationship.
